At the Gola Inn you’ll find only organic fruit from our grounds or acquired from other local agritourismos, meats from range animals, pasta, breads and sweets made in-house with organic eggs, everything from right here. We cook only with extra virgin olive oil and never use products with added preservatives or colors.
We place extra attention to those who have diet intolerances or are vegan or vegetarian.
We offer a creative menu where ancient Tuscan recipes are revised by the inspiration of the chef.

CENA AL BUIO (DINNER IN THE DARK)
Wisely thought out and prepared by Chef Emiliano, who is blind, and served by waiters who also cannot see, this dinner is a way to perceive the true flavor and smells of the dishes, aromatic herbs and spices, and above all discover a new world thanks to the guide of differently able people.
CRIME ON DINNER
Between a course and more, fellow dinners will assist in a theatrical performance of investigations carried out to follow a crime. If they wish, they can participate directly in the solving of the case, interacting with the characters.
The analysis of the clues, attention to details and the collaboration with the other participants will bring them to the solution of the case.
The Locanda della Gola is open each day by reservation only, for lunch and dinner for guests of Sant’Egle and also passers by, for a maximum of 14 people.
