At the organic agritourismo Sant’Egle we produce with love and passion all of our products respecting the natural cycle of nature, without forcing or modifying it.
Along with fresh products available weekly, we also have jams, honey, extra-virgin olive oil, wine, vegetable in oil and vinegar, cookies, cakes, essences, aromatic herbs and scents from Maremma for the dressing of our meats and fish.

Recycling
We have made a life choice at Sant'Egle and we believe that things can be recycled into art, objects of common use, or fertilizer.
We believe that organic agriculture should be the only way to nurture yourself, and for this perhaps our products won't be perfect and large in size, but they'll be delicious and fragrant.
Farm
We dedicate ourselves to the cultivation of spirulina, a monocell microalgea blue-green in color that has lived on our planet for more than 3 1/2 billion years. It's one of the most complete and balanced foods found in nature. Spirulina unites in fact one of the highest contents of protein, an exceptional concentration of vitamins B, D, E, K, minerals Calcium, Cagnesium, Iron, Potassium, Zinc, Copper, Magnesium, Chromium and Selenium, 8 essential amino acids and Betacarotine. One of the principal qualities is the high assimilation of the product into our bodies (75% versus an average of 15% ). Spirulina strengthens the immune system, combats anemia, purifies and detoxifies the body and is ideal for vegetarians and vegans.

From today you can adopt a piece of land from the Agritourismo Sant’Egle, decide what to grow, and then watch through a webcam or see photos of your vegetables growing, and each week receive at your home the vegetables from your plot!
You can come when you want to follow your plot, but when you’ll be in the city we know to cultivate your ground, utilizing only natural methods. You can come every week to pick your production, or we can deliver to your house every week.
You will eat only vegetable from your plot, delicious and natural.
